Welcome to our food truck, where we're bringing the taste of classic American roadside diners to New Zealand!

 

Our story began with a passion for recreating the delicious burgers we grew up with, and after working hard to perfect our recipe, we decided to share our love of smash burgers with the world.

 

Our burgers are made by smashing the patty flat onto a hot griddle, giving it a crispy crust on the outside and juicy tenderness on the inside that you won't find in other types of burgers. We also use butter-toasted brioche buns and our secret sauce to make our burgers extra delicious.

 

At our food truck, we value providing amazing customer service and creating great-tasting food that keeps our customers coming back for more. We treat our customers like family, and we're proud to have won the Best Front of House Award in the 2022 Eat Taste Central Awards.

We've been in business since November 2021 and have already sold over 15,000 burgers! It's been an incredible journey, and we're so grateful for our customers who have helped us reach this milestone. Our future vision is to keep pumping out amazing burgers and eventually expand to more trucks and locations around the world.
